Our mission at Soap & The City is to give you, your time back. Laundry is the 3rd most time consuming task behind cooking and cleaning, averaging 5 hours of time spent per week, 20 hours a month and 8.5 days per year. While it is the most dreaded task, we at Soap & The City tend to like it. Washing laundry is, dare I say, enjoyable for us.

How does Pick up and Delivery service works?
Simple. You place an order through our web portal. On the portal, you can choose different detergents, oxiclean, fabric softener, dryer sheets and/or low/medium/high drying temperatures. After you submit your order, we come to your home ready to pick up your laundry. We will weigh your bag(s) in front of you, so you know the cost. Now you can sit back, relax, and we will have your laundry back at your door step in 1-3 business days

What if there are special instructions for my laundry?
We get it, clothes are an intimate part of our life. But rest assured, we treat your clothes as if theyre going on our bodies. If there are special instructions for your clothing, please let us know in the order form, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I have items hang/air dried?
Yes! For the items you'd like air dried, please place them in a seperate bag. Air dried items will take a minimum 48hrs turnaround time.

Is there an order minimum?
Yes, the minimum is 20lbs per order. Maximum? As much as you can bring to your doorstep!

Do I need to be home for my order to be picked up and delivered?
While we understand life gets busy, we think its best for you to hand us your clothes directly. In the event you cant, let us know where the clothes are “stashed” and we will retrieve them, as long as there isn't an angry dog nearby
